Drops for 5th Straight Week
The
number of properties for sale in Redwood Shores has continued to drop over
the past 5 weeks. It has been a combination of sales and properties withdrawn
from the market. Of those withdrawn, many of those owners have decided to
rent their properties. Rental pricing has increased a minimum of 10% from
last year.
